Every plastic surgeon, cosmetic surgeon, doctor and specialist can receive bad reviews. We are not immune to this, even though we would love to be.

Here we hope to shine light on the way that Artiste Plastic Surgery and Dr Jack Zoumaras handle bad reviews.

Our Revision Surgery Policy At Artiste Plastic Surgery

In surgery there are risks of complications, and as much as we strive to, we cannot please everyone 100% of the time. When complications arise, revision or secondary surgery may be necessary, and this is always discussed with our patients during their initial consultation, prior to surgery.

Cosmetic surgery can never 100% guarantee a particular result, and unfortunately this may result in disappointment and the need for revision or secondary surgery. This is not common, but it may be necessary, and again this is always discussed with our patients during their initial consultation, prior to surgery.

At Artiste, we are always transparent and upfront with all costs during the first consultation, including costs if revision or secondary surgery is required.

If you are among the very few (under 2-3%) that fall under having a complication or not being 100% satisfied with the result, our internal policy and more importantly, our ethos, is to go ahead with secondary or revision surgery, keep an open dialogue, and continue to work with you until you are happy.

This has always been, and will always be our ethos at Artiste.

Patient Care Is Still Our Priority

At times, a small percentage of patients have not wanted to do this and have sought either a refund or compensation and have essentially used social media to write bad reviews when this was clearly not forthcoming or warranted. A few of these reviews are from real patients, but unfortunately they have not been 100% truthful with what has transpired.  This is disheartening for us, but here at Artiste, we hold ourselves to a very high standard, and will not engage in negative/toxic social media hear-say. Unfortunately, quite a few of the reviews are also fake, this is incredibly saddening, but we will continue to always wish nothing but the best for our patients because we will always choose to be on the side of good Karma.

As such, we mindfully choose not to engage in negative and toxic dialogue on a public forum, but have always invited our patients back to discuss any issues and concerns, to make a plan to address these and to move forward in a positive and constructive manner.

If you just pick up the phone and talk to us, or make a time to come in and see us face to face, you will see that we are truly here to help you, and we will always strive to do so.  We will always put you at the heart of everything we do.
