I have been a Specialist Plastic Surgeon for 12 years and trained as a Plastic Surgeon for over 17 years. Artiste Plastic Surgery is 10 years old in 2024 and it has taken 10 years to find a Laser that I was happy to associate with my practice. We are all about customer service and world class plastic surgery and this has to extend to all our offerings.

I am excited to welcome the Ultra Clear Laser to our practice to treat fine lines, wrinkles, pigmentation, blemishes, scars etc. It is a stand alone treatment for skin tightening and complements our surgical Facelift (Meloplasty) and Neck lift (plastymaplasty) procedures.

The laser works at the 2910nm wavelength which is new. It is marketed as a Cold Laser from the US manufacturer Acclaro. The efficient use of the laser at the cellular level (claimed at 95%) ensures minimal heat collateral damage, hence producing cold ablation. The entry level treatment 3DMIRACL requires no topical analgesia.

The 3DMIRACL can be done as one treatment but it is recommended for two treatments.
