Combining an innate passion for medicine and surgery, an appreciation for aesthetics and the opportunity to have a positive impact on the lives of others, Plastic Surgery was the perfect choice of specialty. She loves that Plastic Surgery is a unique surgical discipline, which is restorative. It combines a special set of surgical principles and skills acquired through extensive training, to reconstruct and enhance the body, restoring it to optimal form and function. These skills can be applied to treat patients afflicted with cancer, trauma, congenital abnormalities or cosmetic patients who wish to restore their natural body following age or pregnancy related changes.

Dr. Taylor has a genuine and approachable manner that puts patients immediately at ease and creates a relationship conducive to understanding their concerns and needs. She uses these attributes along with her training, expertise and sound judgement to provide safe and sensible advice. Dr. Taylor is caring and compassionate and always has the patient’s best interests at heart.

Dr. Taylor works in both public and private practice. She is a Consultant Plastic Surgeon at Westmead and Auburn Hospitals where she performs a broad range of Plastic Surgery including complex cancer and trauma reconstruction for the entire body, hand surgery and skin cancer surgery.
